A Five-Part Online Training
Split into five 1.5 hour sessions, this interactive web-based training focuses on how to harness the enthusiasm, creativity, and experience of the people with whom we collaborate every day. Choosing from two training group options, participants will: ~ Learn aspects and benefits of a facilitative leadership style ~ Understand how to create a participatory culture that empowers all ~ Apply techniques that build teams with a strong sense of ownership Space is limited. $150/ per person; 3 person minimum
Registration requires the commitment of 3 to 5 participants from each organization, with a limit of 15 participating organizations per training group.
