He'll be sharing interviews with many of them on Precision.AgWired.com. Jamie is on the west coast for the Crop Health Laboratories Power Growers Seminar. She will also be sharing stories on Precision.AgWired.com. Of course, we will be seeing many of you ZimmComm fans next week in Kansas City at the annual NAFB convention. REG Biodiesel Sales Up, But Revenues Down
Biodiesel behemoth Renewable Energy Group (REG) reports an increase in the amount of biodiesel it sold, but revenues for the Iowa-based company are down. The latest financial report from REG shows the company sold 14.4 percent more gallons of biomass-based diesel, while revenues decreased by 16.2 percent and Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 77.7 percent. Hick Chick Chat: Faces of Farming & Ranching
US Farmers and Rancher's Alliance hosted an online voting contest for the next farmers and ranchers to be the faces of farming and ranching. Winners will serve in multiple high-visibility roles on behalf of USFRA, participating in a number of activities including national media interviews, advertising and public appearances. Winners will receive a $15,000 stipend to help cover the costs of being away from their operations. They'll also receive professional media/speaker training and full support from USFRA through their yearlong tenure. MORE
