Got biodiesel? How about news and information from the National Biodiesel Conference? Chuck was the Biodiesel Blogger again this year. It's the 9th straight year that ZimmComm has blogged the conference for the National Biodiesel Board. He got lots of photos and interviews and has more to post in the next couple days before heading to Austin, TX for a NAMA Exec. Comm. Mtg.

Next week Cindy will be taking off for Atlanta and the International Production & Processing Expo courtesy of Novus International. While she's there Joanna Schroeder will be covering the Iowa Power Farming Show courtesy of Ag Leader Technology. We're looking forward to a busy end of winter and early spring.

HSUS and Missouri Agriculture 

The Human Society of the United States (HSUS) has been forming "Ag Councils" around the country, most recently in Missouri, with the stated purpose of fostering "better animal welfare and environmental stewardship." The councils - which have also been been formed in Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina and Ohio - are made up of farmers, ranchers and conservationists, but some are understandably skeptical.
