Andrew Cernota appointed as
Managing Attorney
Andrew CernotaAttorney  Andrew Cernota, a 12 year veteran of the firm, has been appointed Managing Attorney responsible for directing all operational and procedural matters at MCR. Andrew retains his normal patent and trademark clientele and docket as he takes on this additional responsibility.  According to the founding attorney, Vern Maine, "Our organized teams of attorneys and paralegals function quite autonomously with respect to executing their respective assignments, but it is excellent leadership that assures the firm and its clients of consistently high quality and long term reliability.  Andrew has demonstrated the requisite skill, judgment, and maturity to guide the firm in this manner."
