Salinas Residents Invited to Give Input on Budget Priorities for Upcoming Year
Salinas, CA -- The City of Salinas Finance Department is asking the community to give their input on what the City should be spending money on for the upcoming fiscal year.
The responses will be a valuable reference as the City develop a budget for fiscal year 2017-18 that reflects the needs of Salinas' diverse neighborhood and population.
The budget for Fiscal year 2016-17 amounted to $165.5 million dollars, and was designed, as this one is, through a priority-based budgeting process.
