Salinas Public Library Invites Community Input on El Gabilan Branch Redesign
Salinas, CA -- The Salinas Public Library is asking residents to complete a survey about the redesign of the El Gabilan Library. The survey, with versions in English and Spanish, is available on a newly created webpage dedicated to updates about the new library.
The survey is designed to identify community needs that can be met by the updated building. It follows focus groups and a public forum that were held for the same purpose.
The current El Gabilan Library is 3,343 sq. feet. The goal is to renew and expand the building to increase the number of services offered.
Paper copies of the survey will also be available at the City's three libraries.
