The City is selecting a consultant team to work with the community to prepare a Community Vibrancy Plan. That plan will be a framework to revitalize and enhance the economic, social, and cultural fabric of the neighborhoods of the Alisal through the creation of a mixed-use cultural district.
Salinas residents are invited to be a part of the selection process by attending the oral interviews of the potential consultant teams on Wednesday, June 29.
