Newly offered! Dead and Company, taken by Jay Blakesberg at the "Miracle Show" 11/7/15 at the illustrious Madison Square Garden, N.Y.C.!
This image of Bobby Weir totally in his zone, with John Mayer looking on in admiration, is a memory you'll never tire of. When Mayer joined our boys, some were skeptical, but he's surely earned his spot (never replacing Jerry though!) on that stage.
This print is an edition of only 150, hand signed and numbered by Jay. The finest quality archival print on Hahnemuhle Paper (the very best). Order yours now to get the lowest number (or pick your number if available).
Also available are two epic images from the Grateful Dead 50th anniversary concerts at Soldier Field. Both shots were taken at the very last show, July 5th, at Soldier Field in Chicago.
The daytime photo was taken as soon as the band took the stage. Jay suggested they each greet their fans and wave, then turn around and greet the heads behind the stage. Blakesberg was on a ladder on the drum riser ready to take get this shot. 70,000 plus fans AND the band beaming! I can actually pick out some of my friends in Soldier Field! These photos are a big 16" x 20", and the clarity and LOVE is amazing.
The second nighttime shot was of course taken after the band played "Attics", their touching closing number. The feeling of ONENESS, no us or them, that we had that night is caught in this epic photograph.
Available in the original limited edition of 200 signed and number (16" x 20", that's big!!), and 9" x 6" for $150. The black borders on these smaller, open edition photos will be replaced with WHITE .25" all the way around to make mounting and framing easier.
AND, all three of thees photos are available in a 30" x 20" (huge) edition of only 25 each. Email or call for these please!
