Delphine Allen was featured on "A Minute With Maxwell video, as she announced the word of the day: "buoyancy."  Delphine joined leadership expert, John Maxwell, at a training event for the taping in West Palm Beach, Florida. John introduced Delphine as a "wonderful lady" and "one of his coaches". John was thrilled Delphine is a fan of one of his favorite football teams.
