An Update from Delphine Allen at DLA Empowerment Life Coaching

I hope you are well? I wanted to share with you some of my exciting news. Wonderful changes are taking place in my life! I've started a coaching, speaking and training business. I am passionate about helping my clients live out their purpose and become powerful leaders by taking action now! As a result I have received several coaching certifications; including the John Maxwell Team and am involved in their on-going mentorship program. I just returned from a Live Event with John Maxwell. It was 4 days of intensive training and mentoring. 
My passion for leadership has led me to focus on business owners, small and corporate; non-profit organizations and individuals. As a founding partner and member of the John Maxwell Team, I use the proven leadership principles and practices of John C. Maxwell to coach, teach and train organizational leaders.
