Chef's Corner Ocean Wise at Northview...
 Northview is partnered with Vancouver Aquarium to be part of their Ocean Wise program. The Ocean Wise commitment is to use, wherever possible, a sustainable seafood choice for a menu item and ocean friendly buying decisions. Overfishing is the greatest threat to our oceans. We are provided with a list of endangered species and recommended choices.
Sustainable seafood is caught or farmed  in a way that ensures health and stability of the species and marine ecosystem. Our Palmer Room menu will show the Ocean Wise symbol next to the menu item. This will assure you that the best choice for the health of the oceans are being taken.

If you're coming in to The Palmer Room, try pairing some new featured wines with Chef Ken's fabulous Chophouse Menu items. We have some award winning local wines from Church & State Winery. The owner of Church & State Winery hired California winemaking consultant Bill Dyer, formerly of Burrowing Owl in 2009 and they are producing some outstanding wines.
