Summer is here and we are enjoying everything that goes with the summer months! Golfers are out in full force - playing golf, practicing with our Academy instructors and using our state of the art academy facilities. The Palmer Room is buzzing with guests wanting to try out our summer Chophouse dinner menu. Your short game and summer's firm greens..
In the same way you must adjust your game in the soft, wet conditions of winter... the dry, firm conditions of summer dictate a different game plan altogether.
Since the average golfer plays 60% of his/her golf shots from inside 100 yards, at least 60% of your practice time should be on that part of your game.
Start by analyzing your wedge shots...do they land and stop dead with a lot of spin, or do they bounce forward 10 yards after landing? Read more...
