Christmas Crafts For Kids
10:00 to 3:00 Saturday, December 12
Bring the whole family to the library this Saturday for seasonal crafts to make or to take home, whatever is convenient. No need to register, just stop in our fabulous children's library. Plus, remember to check out some of our wonderful holiday books, DVDs, and music CDs.

Sweet Success!
The Friends Of The Delafield Public Library Christmas Cookie Sale was a sweet success thanks to our bakers, volunteers, and customers. Here is Delafield mayor Michele DeYoe (in white) helping Summit resident and library patron Debbie Michael. Together we enjoyed tasty holiday treats and raised $286 to benefit our library. Thank you!

Magazine Madness
There are nearly double the amount of the latest digital magazines now available for your online reading pleasure. We just added 50 additional titles for a total of 104 magazines. Look for your favorites, or try something new like Flea Market Decor or Woodcraft Magazine. Go to the Delafield Public Library website (link is in newsletter's above left Library Links box), then click on Online Reference and scroll down for Flipster magazines. Download the app, or read online. All you need is your library card.

Two New Resources For Older Adults:
Stop in the library to check out a copy of the latest Resource Guide from the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Waukesha County. It lists contact information for all services in the county for older adults, adults with physical or developmental disabilities, and adults with mental health or substance use concerns.

And, the library also has the Wisconsin Senior Guide from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. This guide offers insight on current scams directed toward seniors and how to avoid becoming a victim. For both resources, please see our Adult Services display in the library.

For more information, please contact the library's Adult Service Coordinator Jen Bremer at jbremer@wcfls.lib.wi.us or 262-646-6230.
