August Is Pet Month At The Library
Get ready for these spectacular events:
Tellington TTouch is a way to enhance social interactions, bonding, stress relief, and well-being of companion animals, horses, farm animals, exotics, and wildlife using simple, easy-to-learn techniques. Join us at this free adult program with Dr. Claudine McAuliffe from the Humane Animals Welfare Society in Waukesha for this hands on event. Sorry, you need to leave your animals at home.

Summer Pet
Photo Contest
What did your pet do on his summer vacation?

To Submit:
1. In Print - unmatted 5x7 print with completed entry form (available at the library) please. Photocopies will not be accepted. Photos will not be returned.
2. Online - please email photo to mrader@wcfls.lib.wi.us with the subject Pet Photo Contest. Include your first and last name, phone number, and name of pet.
Rules:
1. Submitted photograph must be of a pet animal, suitable for family viewing. Pet does not need to be owned by the entrant, but the entrant must have the pet owner's consent to submit the photograph.
2. Photo must be original, unpublished, and not copyrighted.
3. Permission must be given to the library to post the photo online.
4. Photo must include an animal with no identifiable humans.
5. One photo per pet. Good Luck!
