Dolley Madison:
The Lady Who Saved Washington

Back for an encore FOURTH performance, the popular Jessica Michna will portray flamboyant and strong-willed Dolley Madison, who was tested in the calamity of the War Of 1812 in this FREE library program. Dolley was born into a Quaker family, raised to be obedient and well behaved, but would soon be tested by adversity. We welcome back Jessica Michna, a well-known reenactor of First Ladies and other historic women. Come and share in this compelling and enthralling performance.

The Rosie Effect
 Jennifer Klett on chair
This very funny contemporary novel chronicles the trials of seemingly-incompatible newlyweds Don & Rosie with 1940s madcap flair. The Rosie Effect by Graeme Simsion is a sequel to the popular The Rosie Project, which many of you have read. If you haven't, I recommend you read them both!
