Dianne's Library Staff Pick:

       Burning Bright

          Dianne Mustas
This sweeping, romantic tale by Tracy Chevalier is set in 18th century England, when a rural English family relocates to London and attempts to develop city roots. By the best-selling author of Girl With A Pearl Earring, this historical fiction coming-of-age novel is sure to please.

Volunteer of the Month:
Spencer Schuett

Spencer is a busy high school student who has been volunteering every week for nearly two years shelving dvds, books, and more. In school, he enjoys history; hobbies include basketball, football, and reading (of course). He especially likes the Percy Jackson series books. On weekends, he works at Lake Geneva Youth Camp. We are so glad Spencer helps in our library. Thanks Spencer!

Insider Librarian Tips . . . from Jane:
helpful tips

Overwhelmed by the thousands of picture books in the children's area? We suggest: Miss Jane's Book of the Week in the lower right hand corner of our website under Library Updates. New selections appear weekly of mostly new books.
