Breanne Humphreys, Interim Executive Officer of the Board, is taking public comments until 5 PM today (May 1) on the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board vote to adopt changes to the regulations of an Audiology Aide. HHP has commented on the proposed changes as there are a number of amendments we would like. HHP needs a strong show of support from as many members as possible TODAY to reinforce our position on this matter.

Major additions include terms of supervision, responsibilities of audiology aide supervisors, and activities, duties, and functions outside the scope of responsibility of an audiology aide.
