This is an early welcome to all of you who will be attending our convention this week (May 1 - 4, 2013). We've planned an exciting and informative event for you. Naturally, we've managed to fit in some time for you to network with your peers while enjoying the San Francisco bayfront views.

There will be free self parking in the hotel's garage - just remember to pick up a blue voucher ticket at the registration table when you register for the conference. Registration starts on Wednesday from 3-6pm. Then its open every hour before start of session. Also the general session will be configured with a hearing loop system generously provided by Contacta, Inc. Bring your hearing aids with t-coils to experience the improved sound! 

For those of you arriving on Wednesday, please join us for drinks and appetizers in the Presidents suite for a PAC Welcome Reception at 7:00 PM (casual attire). Meet at the main lobby elevators and a staff member will escort you to the Regency level.

On Thursday evening, Starkey Hearing Technologies will host an Italian dinner party that promises to be a fun filled evening. Friday evening continues the fun with early reception hosted by Unitron and ReSound.  And on Saturday it's margarita time at HHP's Cinco de Mayo dinner party. So wear your most colorful outfit, sombrero is optional. 

Sounds like fun filled days that you don't want to miss. Please feel free to still invite your colleagues as there is room for onsite registrations!
