Three Rivers Provider Network
|
HHP Managed Care Program member have an opportunity to contract with Three Rivers Provider Network (TRPN). Click here to access a listing of all the insurance companies that use this network that you will have access to.
To start, complete the provider agreement and submit by fax it directly to TRPN and a copy to HHP. You will need to put your company name at the top of the first page where the space is located under the document title. Then sign and complete the practice information on page 2.
The agreement is for an 80% reimbursement of total billed charges.
One caveat to the agreement is if you already have direct contracts with any of the payers on this list, the direct contract will most likely be used to determine payment amount. Using CIGNA as an example, the direct agreement rates will be used in lieu of 80% of billed charges. You will need to confirm with the payer at the time of service if it is covered under the member's plan.

hi HealthInnovations
|
HHP Managed Care Program member have an opportunity to contract with hi HealthInnovations.
The process to join this network is pretty simple with minimal paperwork. However, do not fill out the Customary Fees section on the last page of the contract. This is if your charge is lower than hi HealthInnovations' fee and you want to notify them that you want to receive less payment.
Each provider that is interested in participating with this plan will need to submit a completed application and agreement to:

Stratose: Multi Network Plan
|
HHP Managed Care Program member have an opportunity to contract with Stratose, a plan with several networks under their umbrella. Click here to access a complete list of Stratose networks.
Stratose has approximately 9 million covered lives in all of their networks and HHP members will be listed on the website provider directory, www.stratose.com. All patients will have insurance coverage and all discounts are proportionately shared with the patients. This gives a financial incentive to these patients to use HHP providers.
Clean claims are paid within 30 days or no discount will be allowed or taken.
HHP will complete the join process for each Managed Care Program member. If you do not wish to be included in this network, please e-mail Ellyse Dill,edill@amgroup.us, at the HHP office on or before April 19.
