 We have almost reached the "peak of the season." You will find Yellow & White Peaches, Donut Peaches, and Yellow & White Nectarines plus some pints of plums at market. We'll also bring our apricots, and they are the biggest we have ever grown. Apricot lovers: be sure to pick some up, because this will probably be the last time you'll see them. As for vegetables, try our Easter Egg Radishes, Fennel, Beets, Leeks, and lots of onions. Try making roasted veggie salad, or throwing them on the grill.

Fill-A-Box Special

New this year we are offering a Fill-A-Box Special. We are taking orders for mixed boxes of stone fruit. We'll pack your order here at the farm, and you can simply pick it up at market. We are not offering this special at market; you must pre-order.
Here's the deal: We'll fill a half bushel box with Yellow Peaches, White Peaches, Yellow Nectarines, White Nectarines and Donut Peaches. All for just $40. Buying in bulk is great -- its about a 50% savings! And its a great way to try new stone fruit!
Please fill out our online order form. Or call the office to place your order -- 717-334-2722. We will be fulfilling these orders for NEXT weekend. Think of it as a "yeah! August is here and it's peach season!" deal.

 He's been pruning our cherry trees this week, and will show you one of our sunchoke plantings and asparagus plantings. You'll also get a look at our Pennsylvania 4-wire trellis with summer apples. Plus take a look at the Blue Italian Plum crop that will be coming down the line in a week or so. |
