It seems that Hurricane Sandy is not going to be very kind over the next few days. However, Kuhn Orchards has a tough crew and we will venture out to the Farmers Markets this weekend. After all, its out last market for Fairfax and Vienna, and we don't want anyone to miss out! So, put on your galoshes, grab the rain coat and umbrella just in case, and come out and see us at market.
The Market Managers for each market make the decision to cancel the market. Please check your market's website or Facebook page for status updates. As of 3pm on Friday, we have not been notified of any market cancellations.

We'd like to take a minute and thank you for shopping with Kuhn Orchards at the Farmers Market. It has been a pleasure to get to know you and your families over the years, and it is wonderful to have loyal customers.
It takes a lot hard work to grow and harvest all of the different crops that we grow. But seeing how much you enjoy our produce week-after-week, we know that all of our hard work day-after-day is beyond worth it. Thanks to you, you have allowed Kuhn Orchards to grow into its 5th generation!

Half Price Pumpkins....Starting at Saturday's Markets

 Halloween is almost here! So, starting at this Saturday's Markets, pumpkins will be half price all day! This is your last chance to get the perfect pumpkins to decorate your porch or front stoop for those Trick-O-Treaters that will be stopping by on October 31st!
We want to see your decorated porch or front stoop if its decorated with Kuhn Orchards' Heirloom Pumpkins & Gourds! If you like, share your photos on Facebook!
Of course, if you are aiming for Thanksgiving Table Decor or Thanksgiving baking and cooking, you still have plenty of time to pick out your pumpkins for November's Festivities.
The half price sale applies only to our large pumpkins which are priced individually (edible and decorative), and does not apply to our mini gourds & pumpkins or our winter squash (Butternut, Kabocha, and Acorn varieties which are sold by the pound).
