Surveys Say: We Care About Quality and Your Satisfaction
When you're in the market for products or services, it's very likely you'll go online and start reading reviews given by people who have actually purchased those products and used those services. It's become a well established and accepted step in the twenty-first century shopping experience.
Houzz or Google+, you'll see our 4- and 5-star ratings and details of how we've completed jobs on time and on budget with exceptional quality.
You can also find us on Yelp and Angie's List – and the Better Business Bureau has given us an "A+" rating.

We were very excited to be voted Best Remodeler in Arlington Magazine's Best of Arlington 2014 competition. Our clients took the time to recommend us by voting for us based on our high quality, seamless process, outstanding service and great project management.
While we regularly get positive feedback from our clients on online rating sites, we go one step further. To get an independent, third-party measure of how well we are doing, we retain the leading home remodeling homeowner satisfaction survey firm in the country, GuildQuality, to survey our clients. They contact our clients for whom we've completed projects and ask them to rate us in a variety of categories and leave comments.

The homeowners surveyed have given us ratings of 100% satisfaction for our concern for their needs and for our dust control procedures. We also scored very high in the areas of construction quality, design, expertise, professionalism, attentiveness, value, trust and providing a clean, safe work site.
ForRemodelingPros.com in July 2011, in which the national average for this category was only 62%. That means less than 2/3 of all US homeowners surveyed who've done remodeling would recommend their contractor to a friend, while almost all of our clients would be happy to refer us to friends. You can check out our ratings for yourself at our GuildQuality page.
Why is this important? Look across the whole spectrum of reviews that you can find about WINN Design+Build and you'll see a pattern of our unwavering commitment to quality, value and delivering projects on time and on budget. So you can feel confident about trusting your home – and your friends – to our care. Call us today to discuss your next project!
Maintenance Tip: Don't Risk a Sump Pump Failure
Get your sump pump checked out now to avoid the risk of water damage and staggering repair costs if it fails. Consider getting a high-water alarm that will alert you of problems and/or a battery-powered back-up sump pump that kicks in if the power goes out. Also, make sure your homeowner's insurance policy covers the cost of repairs in the event your sump pump should fail.
Thank You for the Referrals and Repeat Business!
Thank you to Mrs. Polhemus for referring Mr. Shanoff of Bethesda; to The Powell's of Vienna for referring The Courson's of Falls Church; and we are happy to have the opportunity to do another project for The Williams Family of Bethesda.
