Best Wishes for the Holidays!

The Best Holiday Gift? This Special Handyman Offer from Winn

Overwhelmed with to-do lists?Homes look so pretty decorated for the holidays. But the holidays also shine a not-so-cheery light on things that you'd like to change about your home and all those little projects that you never seem to get around to doing. And with all the lists you're juggling now – guest lists, grocery lists and gift lists – your to-do list for home repairs gets put aside during these super-busy weeks.

You don't have the desire right now to spend what little spare time you have fixing doors that stick, hanging shelves and replacing faucets or light fixtures. But you know these things are important.

So...we would like to help you save time and money maintaining your home and making it even more beautiful with a once-a-year limited opportunity to get a pro to tackle that list of repairs for you.

Save 45% on Handyman Services
with Our Special Limited Time Offer!

Special $499 Handyman Services OfferFor Work Performed
in January 2015:

We'd like to offer a special price of $499 for skilled handyman service for the day* for work performed in January 2015. (The regular price is $900 so it's a 45% savings!)

*The offer includes 8 consecutive hours of labor in one day by one handyman or 4 consecutive hours of service in one day by two handymen in January 2015. Materials are not included in this offer.

One Call: Simplicity and Savings

With this special limited offer, one call can take care of a single repair or a list of smaller, nagging projects. In 8 hours, on one day, we can do the work of several different trades, saving you from having to be home for multiple trades and paying each their minimum charge. Here are some of the types of services we can provide:

  • Fix sticking doors or hard-to-operate windows
  • Replace window(s) or door(s)
  • Replace weather stripping
  • Update light or plumbing fixtures
  • Caulk leaky windows or doors
  • Repair or replace trim or rotten wood
  • Add built-in cabinets and shelving
  • Install bath hardware (towel bars, robe hooks etc.)
  • Add wainscoting, chair rail, crown molding or baseboards
  • Re-caulk bathtubs or showers

Save on Home Maintenance
with Someone You Trust in Your Home

We're not a typical handyman service. Our craftspeople are highly qualified and skilled. They work on the high-end home remodeling and building projects we do, so they know the standards of excellence and service our clients expect.

This limited offer is only good for work performed in January 2015, so CALL US TODAY if you'd like to take advantage of this great deal. You'll get a full day – 8 consecutive hours – of quality handyman services for $499 by the same skilled pros from Winn Design + Build that you know and trust. Don't miss this money-saving and timesaving opportunity. Get on our January schedule and start the New Year right!

Maintenance Tip: Trim Trees and Bushes Back From Your Home

Overhanging trees and bushes can damage your home during a storm. They also can provide cover for intruders. Have plant life trimmed at least once a year to avoid trimming too much at once and harming the plants. Most plants can be safely trimmed when they are dormant in winter. (However, the best time to prune early-spring bloomers, such as lilac, forsythia, and rhododendron, is late spring, immediately after they finish blooming.)

Thank You for the Referrals!

We'd like to thank Barbara Polhemus Interiors for referring The Millers of Clifton to us to help them with their remodeling project.

If You Like Our E-newsletter, Pass It On!

We would like to thank all our new readers who have signed up for our e-newsletter. If you know someone who you think might like our e-newsletter, please forward them a copy. Unless they then choose to subscribe for themselves, they won't be on our e-newsletter mailing list for future e-mails. (We promise!)
