Qi Gong with
Hallie Austen Iglehart
Saturday, January 19th

Join us a for a morning retreat that includes nature, art, compassionate activism, and wellness practices that help energize and focus our intent on leading an inspired life.

Hallie is a gifted Qi Gong instructor with a rich life work of environmental and cultural wisdom activism that informs her Qi Gong teaching. She is the author of Heart of the Goddess and the founder of All One Ocean, a non-profit organization leading beach clean-ups and providing environmental education. Her workshops integrate mind, body, and spirited-work wellbeing.

Please arrive before 9am (gates open at 8:30) to participate in companion wellness practices. We will explore yoga breathwork, silent nature reflection, ancient Goddess art, and contemporary activism as a prelude to a deepening Qi Gong circle session, from 9 until noon.

Wear loose, protective clothing and sturdy, easily removable shoes, with hat for sun protection. We'll be walking the farm and gardens, viewing a multi-media presentation, and enjoying barefoot Qi Gong during the morning retreat. Special guests Regina Lynne (M.A. Candidate, California Institute of Integral Studies) and Claire Zane (Yoga Instructor) will assist with the program.

Suggested donation $25; Donations will be invested in a YES!! local youth project to help clean up Kealakekua Bay.
