RESCHEDULED to March 7th
The Interlux & Awlgrip factory representatives seminar at Norwalk
Cove has been rescheduled to March 7th from 10:30 am-12:30 pm.
They will discuss chemical changes in paints in response to EPA mandates, new products on the market, and the future of paint technology and how it will effect you.
There will be a Question and Answer session following, including highly experienced yard staff, to answer your fiberglass repair and maintenance questions as well as waxing and cleaning questions.
Avoid the crazy Spring Rush! Now is the time to focus on your boat.

We're planning some simple raft-ups and overnights, including more elaborate multi-day cruises. Throw in some seminars that will cover in detail what you will need to know, and we have some happy boaters with new found skills and knowledge. Small or large boats, power or sail - it doesn't matter... Do one cruise or do them all, let's have fun!

Winter Rescue off of Nantucket
What were they thinking ??
The U.S. Coast Guard rescued two people from a disabled 43 foot sailboat 140 miles Southeast of Nantucket on Feb. 15th during Winter Storm "Neptune". After the son purchased the vessel on eBay for 10,000.00 the father and son team planned to sail the vessel back to Australia....  "We've never done anything like this. Dad's not even a sailor, but he's a quick study," said the son. "We've got plenty of food, plenty of booze, good sails and all the safety gear you could ever need, so we're going to be OK."You can't make this up.... See the story and video HERE
