Spring Commissioning Checklist 
The 2012 Boating season is here !
This checklist is an aid to make sure you are prepared for an enjoyable and safe season.
Documents: Review your license, registration, insurance and other important documents pertaining to your boat and trailer, and store them in a watertight bag or container.
Life jackets: Make sure each person has a properly sized life jacket in good condition with no rips or missing parts......

National Marina Day at Rex Marine Center - June 2'nd
To observe this day and celebrate our 76th anniversary serving boaters,
Rex is hosting an OPEN HOUSE focused on safety awareness and environnmental responsibility by offering seminars on engine maintenance and fiberglass repairs, demonstrations on kayak safety and representitives from Coast Guard Auxiliry 72. Food and beverage will be provided.

Rules of the Road Review:
RULE 15 Crossing Situation
(a) When two power-driven vessels are crossing so as to involve risk
of collision, the vessel which has the other on her starboard side shall keep out of the way and shall, if the circumstances permit, avoid crossing ahead of the other vessel.
