Rector's Forum: Mindfulness and Meditation. Mindfulness and meditation skills have been found to be helpful in managing stress, tolerating the difficulties of life, working with difficult emotions, and finding a greater sense of meaning, peace, and purpose in life. Please come hear psychologist Dr. Karen Oldham speak about this topic this Sunday November 23 immediately following the 10:30 am service. Dr. Oldham facilitated a forum for us once before and she was received so well that we are pleased to welcome her back. Please mark your calendar and plan to be present.
