Our lawn at Saint Patrick's was aerated and over seeded last week. It will be best if we limit foot traffic for a period of two to three weeks so that the new grass has time to germinate and become established. This is important for the long-term health and beauty of the lawn. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this important enhancement of our surroundings.
We are in need of acolytes to serve at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. If you are already an acolyte at Saint Patrick's you received an email communication about this new procedure. You can click here to begin to sign up for a Sunday. If you are not currently an acolyte but would like to become one, please contact Bob Milllikin.
Our Music Director, Jayne Sprinkle, will be starting up the "Shamrocks" children's choir again this Sunday, October 12th. Children from kindergarten to fifth grade are welcome to participate. Practice will be on Sunday mornings immediately following the 10:30 a.m. service for 20-30 minutes in the youth room/Children's Chapel room. The children can sing with their friends while their parents can enjoy fellowship in the Narthex during coffee hour.
The Saint Patrick's Youth Group will assist our congregation in hosting a safe, fun and slightly spooky "Trunk or Treat" for the children of our community on Thursday, October 30th from 6 pm to 7 pm at the church.
