Please join us as we continue our Holy Week Journey. Maundy Thursday service will be held this evening at 7:00 p.m. The service will be followed with optional foot washing. At 8:30 p.m. the Nightwatch will begin as we keep an unbroken watch through the night until 7:00 am Friday morning. We still have two hours to fill: 2 to 3 a.m. and 4 to 5 am. Click here if you are able to help fill the slots. Please remember, just because a spot is full, you are still welcome to come and pray. Also, please know that there will be security in the building all night.
The Good Friday service will be held at Noon tomorrow. Please join us.
Easter Sunday services will be held at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. There will be no Sunday School for children, youth or adults, however the nursery will be open during the 10:30 am service for children 0-3. Immediately following the service there will be an Easter Egg Hunt outside for children ages 0-8. If you are planning for your child(ren) to participate, please bring a dozen treat-filled plastic eggs for each child. Please make sure treats are peanut free.

The Parish Office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, April 21 and 22 in observance of Easter. We will reopen at 9 am on Wednesday, April 23. If you have a pastoral emergency during this period, please call the office (704) 663-5659 and press option "1" for an emergency contact number for one of the clergy.
You may recall announcements made during Advent, but thanks to a generous parishioner donation, we have been gifted new celebratory liturgical hangings to be used on the holiest and most celebratory of liturgical days....Christmas and Easter. Beautifully adorned in rich hues and patterns of gold, these hangings will beautifully adorn our altar and lectern this Easter Sunday. Additionally, and as liturgical compliments, our clergy stoles and chasubles are matched in the same fabric and design. These new celebratory hangings evoke a sense of Christ's rising in all his splendid glory! We are grateful.
Steve James will be performing at Saint Patrick's on Sunday, May 11, at 7:00 pm. A musician and storyteller, Steve isa great instrumentalist, a prolific composer, and a dynamic stage presence. His singing conveys both the depth and the humor of his material, and his live shows have a crackling energy that is light years away from many acoustic blues revivalists. Old-timey yet in the moment, traditional yet innovative, Steve James' guitar playing and songs will take you to places long gone as well as destinations you've never been to. If you are planning to attend, please bring a finger food to share at the wine and cheese reception. At the door: $15 for adults, $10 seniors/students. All proceeds benefit community outreach.
