A reminder that the Youth Meeting that had been scheduled for Sunday, February 2nd has been postponed until Sunday, February 9 due to the Super Bowl. The meeting on the 9th begins at 5:30 pm and will include a Eucharist.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish will be held on Sunday, February 9th immediately following the 10:30 a.m. service. As part of the Annual Meeting, we will elect three persons to fill open terms on the 2014 Vestry. The open Vestry Leader positions are for Building and Grounds, Communications and Outreach. Three candiddates have come forward to have their names placed in nomination. They are Mark Stehle for Building and Grounds, Laurence Smith for Communications, and Pete Sale for Outreach. Also at the Annual Meeting, in addition to our traditional 'appreciation calisthenics' and vestry elections, we will have a special presentation on the developing vision for an enhancement of our building's interior design, as well as an updated on the Cram construction project. Next Yoga Session Begins February 4th. The next 4 week session of yoga begins February 4th at NEW time of 10:15 AM. Bring a yoga mat, small blanket or towel, and fee of $32 and join us in the sanctuary. Open to all levels- Christina shows adaptations using chair or blocks.

Please remember that we are scheduled to serve at Room in the Inn on Thursday, February 6th. We have most slots filled thanks to our local girl scout troop but we still need two people to set up

Our next scheduled day to serve as Prep Chefs at the Mooresville Soup Kitchen is on Tuesday, February 11th from 1 to 4 pm. Currently we have many slots we need to fill. We are in need of 6 to 10 volunteers, 16 years of age and older who can commit to helping to prepare the frozen meals for those in need. You can sign up to help by clicking here
