Please join us for worship this Sunday at 8:30 or 10:30 a.m. Christian Education classes for children resume this Sunday and take place during the first half of the 10:30 a.m. service.
Rector's Forum: Mindfulness and Meditation. Mindfulness and meditation skills have been found to be helpful in managing stress, tolerating the difficulties of life, working with difficult emotions, and finding a greater sense of meaning, peace, and purpose in life. We are pleased to announce the 2014 Solas Leighis Concert Series. A few old friends are returning and we'll be welcoming some new internationally acclaimed artists. Our next scheduled day to serve as Prep Chefs at the Mooresville Soup Kitchen is on Tuesday, January 14 from 1 to 4 pm. Currently we have many slots we need to fill. We are in need of 6 to 10 volunteers, 16 years of age and older who can commit to helping to prepare the frozen meals for those in need. You can sign up to help by clicking here
The Youth Director needs someone with a truck and a good back to haul the TV and the Armoire in the Youth Room to the Christian Mission. Thanks to a generous donation the Youth Room will be getting a flat screen TV to wall mount in the room by the end of this month.
