  Saint Patrick's Weekly Reminders
July 4, 2013

Please join us for worship this Sunday at 8:30 or 10:30 a.m. Children in preschool through grade 5 are invited to join Kristen Forbes and a volunteer during the first half of the 10:30 a.m. service for a lesson and some fellowship (play time).

Early in 2013, the Vestry decided to provide the congregation with Sunday Attendance Metrics on a quarterly basis. The average Sunday Attendance (ASA) for the second quarter of 2013 was 180, ASA year-to-date (Jan. through Jun.) is 197. These ASA metrics include the numbers for 8:30 a.m. Rite II service, 10:30 a.m. Rite II service (with music), and also the Sunday evening Alternative Eucharists.

Come sing with us!! As you know, the ministries of Saint Patrick's will be taking the month of July as a sabbath month. That includes our choir! While the choir is away, we are seeking volunteers to sing during the 10:30 a.m. service. You will not need to robe or process. If you would like to sing, please come to the choir room at 10:00 a.m. before the service to run through the hymns.

Saint Patrick's will once again be joining forces with Williamson Chapel United Methodist Church and participating in the Annual Back to School Bash. The Bash will be held on Saturday, August 3rd. The annual event provides school supplies, shoes, haircuts to underprivileged children in our community. Mark Hatley is heading up Saint Patrick's effort. You can speak with Mark for more information, or click here for a flyer that gives all the details.

Our Solas Leighis concert series continues on Sunday, August 4, at 7:00 pm with a performance by Muriel Anderson.  One of the world's foremost finger-style and harp-guitarists, Muriel is an engaging performer, with a repertoire that includes jazz, bluegrass, pop, classical and world music . Her concerts are a bright, vivacious celebration of life through song.  The event includes a wine & cheese reception.  Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and students.  For more details, click here

Attention Parents of Youth in grades 6-12. Click here to access a roster of all of the youth in our program. Please review the list carefully to make sure the information for your child(ren) is correct. You can report any changes, additions, or deletions to Mark Fowler.
