Our tradition at Saint Patrick's is to adorn our worship area with beautiful, fragrant flowers on Easter Sunday. We are currently accepting donations for flowers. Suggested donation is $15 per plant, with $5 for each additional name. Donations can be made in loving memory of someone, or in thanksgiving for someone. Deadline for ordering Easter flowers is Monday, March 25th. Flowers can be taken home and enjoyed following the late service on Easter morning. Click here for the order form.

The Annual Community Seder Meal is being changed to a lunch (formerly in the evening) following the 10:30 service on Palm Sunday, March 24th. Sign up sheets for donations and meal prep will be in the Narthex beginning this Sunday, March 3rd.

Seniors: join us on our first VIVA trip to The Billy Graham Library on Tuesday, the 19th of March. Learn about Billy Graham's journey from a humble farm boy to an international ambassador of God's love through dynamic multimedia presentations, interactive kiosks, photos and memorabilia. We will walk the gardens surrounding the library's 40,000 square foot building, eat lunch in the library's cafe and visit the gift shop as we depart for a brief side trip to the Charlotte Farmers Market on the way home. Cost of the trip is $20 and does not include lunch. The 36 passenger bus leaves St. Patrick's at 8:30 on the morning of March 19th and will return to the church parking lot at approximately 3:30. Please sign up in the Narthex following the 10:30 service. For more information please contact Gail Connelly at (704) 660-9279 or Cindi Davis at (704) 582-3862.

While the construction project continues on our property, please remember that when you come to the Church for evening meetings/activities, we encourage you to park in the paved parking lot on the left side of the building. While construction is happening, the gravel parking lot has no lighting and can be a bit dangerous. We are allowed to park in the paved lot after 5 pm on weekdays and on weekends.

Our Youth will be holding a yard sale on Saturday March 16, 2013 with the proceeds to benefit the upcoming Pilgrim class. Now is the time many of us are cleaning out the closets and garage to make room for new items. If you have any household goods, sporting goods, tools etc. that you would like to donate please hold onto them for this event. You may begin bringing items to church with you this Sunday. Youth group members will be on hand to help unload your car. You can deliver items up until 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon, or bring them during the week between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
