The adult forum in the Sanctuary this Sunday will be led by our own Rosemary Bramigk. Rosemary will lead a program centered around Theological Reflection. This will be the last presentation of the year as next week will be rehearsal for the pageant and then a break for the Christmas holiday. Calling all shepherds and angels!! Our annual Intergenerational Christmas pageant will take place during the 5:00 p.m. service on Christmas Eve. We are seeking folks of all ages to participate. There will be one rehearsal held on Sunday, December 23rd immediately following the 10:30 a.m. service. If you want to be in the pageant, it is imperative that you come to that rehearsal, which will be held in the Sanctuary. For questions, please contact Ginger Missert (704) 664-7197.
We will hold the annual Greening of the Church on Sunday, December 23rd, immediately following the 10:30 a.m. service. Many hands are needed for arranging poinsettias, hanging wreaths and stringing lights on trees. We encourage you to stay and help that day. You can help decorate while your child(ren) are rehearsing for the pageant!
All Christmas gifts for the families served by the Winnie Hooper Center must be returned to the church no later than Wednesday, December 19. They should be wrapped, with the gift tag securely attached, and placed on the tables outside the office. Any questions, contact Sherry Klepfer.
The 2012 Advent Dinner Series will conclude next Wednesday evening in December 19th from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The reading assignment for the last session is "Christmas Day."

Saint Patrick's tradition at Christmas is to decorate our worship space with beautiful poinsettias, wreaths and Christmas trees in preparation for our services on Christmas Eve. We are currently seeking donations to help with the cost. You can donate in loving memory or in honor of a loved one. All names will be listed in our worship booklet on Christmas Eve. Bishop Gregg will be at Saint Patrick's on April 7, 2013. On that visit, he will confirm and receive persons who wish to receive the sacrament. In preparation for his visit, there will be a one-day Confirmation/Inquirer's class on Saturday, January 12th. Please click here to read more and learn how to sign up. The Solas Leighis concert series launched this year, our concert series has gotten off to a great start. We raised over $900 for Outreach and over 50% of the attendees were from outside our parish. Many thanks to all those who supported these events. Our 2013 season is being planned and we look forward to growing this program next year.
