Geri Runs a Half Marathon

Geri has gastroparesis and is running a half marathon in Corning, NY on Sunday, October 6th to raise funds for the Digestive Health Alliance (DHA) and Gastroparesis Research. You can help her reach her goal and cheer her on as she runs!

Meet pediatric scientist, Niranga Manjuri Devanarayana, MD

Dr. Niranga Manjuri Devanarayana received the 2013 IFFGD Research Award for Junior Investigator in Pediatrics. Her main research area is gastrointestinal function in children with abdominal pain predominant functional/motility gastrointestinal disorders. Her studies have contributed to expanding the horizons of knowledge regarding children with these conditions.

This month, Representative Jim Himes (CT-4) became the 14th cosponsor of The Functional GI and Motility Disorders Research Enhancement Act (H.R.842). Keep up the momentum and tell your congressperson about this bill!
