As the door closes on 2012, we look back in thankfulness as we move forward with optimism. We mourn a national tragedy, recover from an epic storm and we give gratitude to the many heroes among us.

Despite this past year, complete with profound sorrows and unprecedented triumphs, we hope that our future will be full of opportunities. So as we make our individual resolutions, here at AVZ we will resolve to make more compassionate daily decisions, to do more to preserve the planet for coming generations, to understand how our daily actions affect the people and communities around us, and to be excellent in all that we do.

As the Holiday season is upon us we find ourselves reflecting on these events and so much more that has transpired this past year. Most especially we reflect on those who have helped us shape our business and it is with extreme gratitude that we think of you.

We value our relationship and look forward to working with you in 2013 and for many years to come. It is people like you that help to make our job a pleasure. So in the spirit of this Holiday season we extend to you a simple but heart-felt THANK YOU!
