Central Iowa Community Survey

Please take this survey and share it with your employees and anyone else who lives in Newton.  The survey was designed by Character Counts and the Greater Des Moines Partnership to give practical feedback to business and community leaders in Central Iowa as to the quality of life and opportunities in our region.  The feedback will be very helpful to all leadership in Newton and Jasper County.

We had a very informative meeting with Michael Wagler from Main Street Iowa.  We are currently planning our visits to other Main Street Communities.
Watch for a schedule early next week as we finalize our plans.

KCOBOur Chamber has a new radio show that airs every Friday morning at 8:40 AM on KCOB 1280 AM.  You can also link to the archives to hear the show anytime!  We'll keep this link on our Chamber E-blasts for your convenience.  A new show will be posted every Friday.  If you are interested in sponsoring the show, contact the radio station at (641) 792-5262.  Sponsors will have the opportunity to be interviewed on one of the shows.  Special thanks to KCOB and the staff at GoodRadio.TV for being a great community partner and taking the lead to launch this project.
