Here's what you said about us...

Albert Mora, Training - Code Enforcement, Field Services

Albert Mora is very knowledgeable and answered questions that gave valuable information; residents can use this information to help avoid a housekeeping failed inspection, preventing a lease violation. His presentation was clear, concise and very easy to understand. He has a great positive attitude and his powerpoint presentation captured the audience.

Crystal Kastner, Engineer, School Team, Building Inspections, Field Services
Crystal has helped on projects that are not even under her responsibility.  She has the heart of a servant and the knowledge of a teacher.  Whenever we have issues (most of which are caused by the Design Teams) my mind immediately thinks of Crystal.  She is a superior asset to the DSD and should be rewarded for her efforts.

Ernest Brown, Planner, Zoning, Land Development

I can't praise him higher.  A true gentleman and a credit to San Antonio. Thank you for your help and God Bless you all.

John Kelly, Code Enforcement Supervisor, Field Services

Mr. Kelly was a big help in contacting my immediate neighbors to clean up our alley.  He also goes above and beyond to attend most of our neighborhood association meetings and help out our members and neighborhood residents.  Thanks!

Ricardo Masters, Building Location Specialist, Land Entitlements, Land Development

Rick helped me navigate through the process of obtaining permits for two projects that we're doing in the ETJ.  He is an asset to the city and is a role model for his peers/co-workers.  I look forward to working with him in the future!  Reference AP#'s 2025395 and 2025397.

Ann Garcia, Plans Coordinator, Customer Advocate Section, Plan Review
Ms. Garcia, I appreciate the notification of our plans being approved for the proposed Raising Cane's to be located at the intersection of Medical and Fredericksburg. You guys rock!  It would be nice if every city had a Development Services Department as efficient as yours.  Raising Cane's has enjoyed being in your city and partnering with the local community.
