Did You Miss The Art Fund-Raiser Deadline?
Original Works
Thank you to all who participated in this year's art fund-raiser. It was a huge success! If you missed the deadline to order from the Original Works Art Fund-raiser, you can still order your child's art project printed on useful everyday items such as: notebooks, pillowcases, coffee mugs, etc... Please visit the eStore at www.originalworks.com. You will upload the artwork and place the order directly online. All orders will ship to your home and BES will receive full profit on the order. Make sure you include "Brookwood Elementary" on the 2nd line in the address on your order. Thank you supporting the art fund-raiser!
Relay for Life

We would like to identify our students who are survivors of cancer and invite them to participate in Relay for Life by being one of our "Young Champions." By being a "Young Champion," they are invited to begin the Relay Event on May 8th with the honor of being in the first lap of the Survivor's Lap, attending the Survivor Celebration, and leading the Kids 'R' Kids Lap and Activities. In addition, we would like to invite any staff, parents or community partners who are survivors to be a part of the Gwinnett Relay Survivor Activities. Please contact Pam Dietz or your child's teacher for more information.
