Brookwood Elementary Teachers Will Run For Chocolate! 
Almost one fourth of our very own Brookwood Elementary staff participated in the Hot Chocolate 15k/5k Run at Turner Field this past weekend. They were cold, but they sure had fun!
The run benefited Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities which provides a "home away from home" for families of pediatric patients being cared for in partner hospitals, while also proactively reaching out to children in need with mobile medical and educational opportunities.

GCPS Bring Your Own Device, Online Textbooks, Resources, & eCLASS, and Education City

Education City at Home is available free of charge to ALL Brookwood ES students for the 2014-2015 School Year. Education City is an online software program that targets Georgia learning standards in the areas of Math, Language Arts, and Science.

  • To log on to Education City, go to www.brookwoodelementary.com, click on Curriculum Links, and click on General Interest. Education City will be listed on the left side.
  • The username is the student number followed by a 1; for example, for 200344662, the username would be 2003446621
  • The password is brookwood

Teacher Appreciation Week
Brookwood Elementary PTA has decided to recognize Teacher Appreciation during the week of February 9-13 instead of the traditional dates in May. May is such a busy time of year, so the PTA thought February would be better for parents. Thank you for supporting our amazing Brookwood Elementary Teachers!
