• Girls - hair is pulled back; ponytail or bun. Hair Ornaments should be black and earrings need to be minimal. NO bracelets please.

 

Laurel Grove - 2899 Five Forks Trickum Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30044

• Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their student for this performance (Parents are welcome to remain for the performance.)
• Students should arrive at Laurel Grove by 4:30 p.m.
• Students will meet Ms. Hinton outside in front of Laurel Grove.
• Students will be dismissed to parents by 5:30 p.m.

 

 

Tuesday, Dec. 9th - NO EXTRA MORNING REHEARSAL

 

Wednesday, Dec. 10th - After school dress rehearsal in the cafeteria until - 6:00 p.m.

• Parents should pick up their student in front of the school at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Thursday, Dec. 11th - BES Winter Concert & PTA Mtg. (Evening performance) - 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria (Parents, please attend J.)

• Students are expected to arrive by 6:00 p.m. and meet Ms. Hinton in the Reading Lounge.

 

Gwinnett Arena - 6400 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30097

1. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from The Gwinnett Arena.
2. After students perform, parents should pick up their student from Ms. Hinton in the section where they performed. Students will sit with their parents for the remainder of the game.
3. Students should arrive and meet Ms. Hinton in front of The Gwinnett Arena by 6:30 p.m.
4. Students do not need a ticket. Adults must purchase a ticket & students must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Students MUST turn in their ticket orders to Ms. Hinton by Tuesday, Dec. 9th.
