Dear Brookwood Elementary Parents,


Some of you may have received the communication below from Mr. Ford, Brookwood High School Principal. I have included it in this communication for those of you who may not have received it. Although none of our teachers received these email threats, we did take some precautions today due to our proximity to Brookwood High School. Our campus also had additional police present today. We also did not have "outside time" today and kept the doors to the gym locked throughout the day. Again, our school did not receive any threats; however, we felt it was wise to take precautions. As always, I appreciate your support of the work we do to provide our students with a safe, positive learning environment.
