Tomorrow is Kindergarten Registration in the Media Center 

Brookwood Elementary! 

April 24th, 2014

10:00-6:00 pm

 

Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2014

 

Please bring the following with you to registration:

 

  • Your child - for a brief screening. 
  • Settlement statement/lease/rental agreement and one current utility bill.
  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Form #3231
  • Vision, Hearing and Dental Form #3300
  • Social Security Number
  • Photo ID of Enrolling Parent/Guardian

 

*May 15th will be the first day that we will be back to dismissing at 3:20 pm
