Regional Science Fair Medalists

Tapestry Annual Art Show

The Tapestry Art Show is currently on display at the Instructional Support Center in Suwanee located at 437 Old Peachtree Road NW, Suwanee 30024. Amazing artists from K-12th grade throughout the Brookwood Cluster and from other parts of the county have their work on display. The show will be up through the weekend, Sat. 7-4pm and Sunday 1-6pm. It is worth a trip to see these amazing art pieces including work from our  Brookwood Elementary students.

  • The community is invited to "Taste of Brookwood," March 29, 5:00-8:00 p.m. in the Brookwood High Commons Area. The event features great food from over 20 local restaurants, plus live music & a silent auction. $12 tickets are on sale now at -  www.tasteofbrookwood.com All proceeds benefit the Brookwood Band Program.

  • Thursday, March 20 - Boosterthon Fun Run
  • New CRCT Dates - April 30-May 6. The CRCT dates have been changed due to inclement weather and number of school days missed.
  • Lunch Visitors are welcome on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. *No Lunch Visitors Mondays or Tuesdays. (Please note - lunch visitor schedule subject to change.)

PTA Boosterthon Fun Run

Parents,
We're excited to kick off the Boosterthon Fun Run at Brookwood on March 10th! The theme this year is Camp High Five. The goal of the Boosterthon Fun Run is to raise funds while teaching our kids about the importance of Fitness, Leadership, and Character. Our goal is to raise funds for an electronic sign for the school, additional technology, and other instructional materials. We need your help to connect your child to sponsors!  We are very excited to have the Boosterthon Fun Run Team on campus, as they will be adding value in so many ways to our students and school.

educcityThis is an online software program (www.educationcity.com) that targets Georgia learning standards in the areas of Math, Language Arts, and Science. Students work on creative activities that teach them needed academic strands at the same time. The children love this software! Home licenses usually cost around $75 for a year but through Brookwood Elementary you can purchase a home license for $10 for one child plus $5 for each additional child in the same family. Free Math Tutorial Access

  1. Go to the Gwinnett Online Campus Website: www.gwinnettonlinecampus.com
  2. Click "LOGINS" in the upper right corner.
  3. Username: brookwoodesmath
  4. Password: brookwoodesmath
  5. Select desired tutorial.
  6. For grade 4, click the "Content" tab in the upper left corner of the screen to begin the tutorial.  For all other grades, you wil be prompted to "click here" to begin the tutorial.
