Gym Floor Donations - Great Opportunity!
floor

Dear Parents,

As most of you know, we have been raising money to install a new gym floor, and we are SO close to reaching our goal! Through fund raising, PTA support and corporate donations, we have raised $33,000! We need YOUR help to raise $9,000 more. Many schools in Gwinnett County have Sport Court flooring, and this new floor will be backed with a 15 year guarantee. YOU have the opportunity to insure the safety of students for years to come!

For this reason, we are launching a school wide fund raising effort with each class collecting donations. Any class which collectively reaches one of the levels below will have their name permanently displayed on the sign in the gym: Teacher's name, Class of '14. We will collect cash, checks and coins in each classroom from September 30-October 11th. Donations received on or before October 11th will count towards the class goal/name on the sign.

You may also choose to make a 100% tax deductible donation as a family and have YOUR name on the sign in the gym!

Gym Floor Donations:

White - donations between $100 and $499

Burgundy - Donations between $500 and $999

Gold - donations of $1000 or more

Thank you for helping to make Brookwood Elementary's gym a safer place for our children to learn and play!
