PTA - TrueBlueSchoos Program

The PTA is excited about a program we would like to share with you! It's called the TrueBlueSchools program. Georgia Natural Gas will donate $5 a month (from their funds) to our school if you link your existing or new account to Brookwood Elementary. Residential and commercial accounts are included. Publix Key Fob Coming Home

Look for a bright orange sheet of paper in your child's "Friday Folder" with a Publix key fob attached. Please contact your teacher via email if you require more cards (or replacements), or you may pick more up from the front office at Brookwood or even at our local Publix on Scenic Hwy. - Presidential Market Shopping Center. Thank you for continuing to help make our school great by supporting this and other programs.

Another Great Author Visit!

Author and illustrator Chris Rumble met with grades 3-5 on Jan. 18, to promote the love of reading! They had a great time singing along with Mr. Rumble.

Gwinnett Online Campus

Gwinnett Online Campus Informational Meetings for Parents. Gwinnett Online Campus is a charter school within the GCPS system. Families who are interested in learning more about the full-time online school for grades 4-12 are encouraged to attend one of the following informational meetings.

Education City

educcity This is an online software program (www.educationcity.com) that targets Georgia learning standards in the areas of Math, Language Arts, and Science. Students work on creative activities that teach them needed academic strands at the same time. The children love this software! Home licenses usually cost around $75 for a year but through Brookwood Elementary you can purchase a home license for $10 for one child plus $5 for each additional child in the same family. Go to the Gwinnett Online Campus Website: www.gwinnettonlinecampus.com
Click "LOGINS" in the upper right corner.
Username: brookwoodesmath
Password: brookwoodesmath
Select desired tutorial.
For grade 4, click the "Content" tab in the upper left corner of the screen to begin the tutorial. For all other grades, you wil be prompted to "click here" to begin the tutorial.
