  In the past I had a difficult time accepting some of the new mediums of communication, namely Facebook and other such social media.  We all face these kinds of challenges in daily life as witness to our struggles and 'the what' that is behind them.  

My greatest obstacle to overcome was with the content of my sites.  I did not want to focus my energy communicating some past action.  It was my great conundrum and I have finally found a way that makes my heart sing.  When words arise through my heart, then I will post something, which could be everyday or once every week or two.  Even more to my surprise, is that I had a site that was being managed by my website, which I had completely forgotten about!

In the coming months I will be shifting my attention to the social medias like Facebook for much more opportunity and fun to engage with everyone.  So as they say, please 'like me' on Facebook (and have a chance to win a free session).

Secondly, it has taken me a very long time to step through and get beyond wanting to 'help' or 'heal' others, thinking there was some kind of fixing needed in the world.  There is nothing of the kind, nothing but the interference of our beliefs which hinder us in everyday situations.  It has been a long haul through to this understanding in myself; now realizing how I can serve others with the gifts that play through me.  There are so many spiritual dogmas that were fed to me in the past that had to be 'let go' so I could open to the spacewhere I am today.  

The biggest difference is letting go of being an 'energy healer' per se, and thus wanting to 'heal people'.  Instead, I now embrace the realization that I can assist in undoing (or unraveling) the subtle energies that keep us bound in the idea of separation, rather than the embrace of our Essence of One.  I choose to work with individuals who want to know who they are, who want to transform energies of thoughts that make their life difficult, and who want to step into loving the chaos of the play of living.  Some would call this spiritual healing, I would call it the magic of living and loving fully.

There is nothing that needs fixing. Nothing that is broken in any way (broken).  However, in the dance of everyday living, so many moments are held in bondage as some kind of 'wrongness'.  There is no wrongness, nor rightness here, only an expression of existence playing through you in each moment.  

There are so many moments in our lives that are lived behind a defensive wall we use to protect an image.  An image that we so valiantly project onto the world, throwing us into a place of discomfort with ourselves and our lives, instead of a place of ease.

Ramana Marharshi states it beautifully, 

"You are the Self.  You are already That.  The fact is that you are ignorant of your blissful state.  Ignorance supervenes and draws a veil over the pure Bliss.  Attempts are directed only to remove this ignorance.  This ignorance consists in wrong knowledge.  The wrong knowledge consists in the false identification of the Self with the body, the mind, etc.  This false identity must go and there remains the Self." 

There is a freedom available to each being, beyond the restricting knotted strands of energy that we call our concepts and beliefs.  We have merely forgotten that beyond our external worries and beyond all our own stories, there exists our true essence -- that which is prior to all conditions.  We forget that every atom of our make up is graced with this divine energy of wholeness.  Yet this wholeness is overlooked as we seek means and ways to escape and somehow change that which we perceive to be somehow wrong or lacking.

As an exercise, put your attention on something in the visible world.  Is it permanent or impermanent?  Will it not eventually die, disintegrate or fall apart? 

Now, put your attention on the Essence that lives each of us, that is beyond every thought, every memory, every emotion, every association, and every perception and ask the same question.  Is this permanent or impermanent?

Where would you rather focus your attention? 

One day the sun and a cave struck up a conversation. 

The sun had trouble understanding what "dark" and "dank" meant and the cave didn't quite get the hang of "light and clear" so they decided to change places. 

The cave went up to the sun and said, "Ah, I see, this is beyond wonderful. Now come down and see where I have been living."
