The time since returning from India has been most interesting, with many new  energies and insights integrating into my life, which also are most effective working with others. This has been like being in my own little cocoon of unfolding; questioning and observing what I avoid and why? All this frenzy of searching is nothing but a mere play of avoidance by myself, staying in an envelope of some type of protection in the 'yay' or 'nay' game.

Realizations like the difficulty of "just being" because I/we really don't know how to "just be" -- a place where everything is just as it is and I move in response to the Divine current. In the human sense, I/we do not remember that way of "being" and have practiced my/our entire life as one of constraints, distractions and contractions.
