Children's Chapel This Sunday!
| |
Children's Chapel is this Sunday, March 8th in the Chapel during the 10:00 service. This is for children in Pre-K through 6th grade.
For Children's Chapel last month Father Anthony brought his guitar and the children were singing, dancing and jumping! Rachel and Samantha Vitiello did a wonderful job reading. Thanks to Greg Hill, Ryan Leach and Caroline Kamper for continuing to assist. We were also blessed to have members of our youth choir help us stay in tune - Laurel Gupton, Thecla Moreno-Thomas, Peter Corso and Brittany Hill. If your child missed it last month, mark your calendar!!
If you have any questions or if your child would like to assist by reading a lesson, please contact Father Anthony by email or call the church office at (973) 226-6500.

In 19th century Europe when there were no LPs, CDs, or mp3s, even radio or TV, there were only two ways to listen to the latest symphony: either at the local concert hall or you played it at home yourself on the piano. Four-hand arrangements for piano became the standard vehicle for private or semi-private consumption of music of all kinds. As pianos became affordable, more and more middle-class families made the instrument a centerpiece of domestic life. Join us for a glimpse of how it used to be done all the time.

Please Help Our Local Food Pantry
| |
Saint Peter's is proud to continue our relationship with the Caldwell Food Pantry. Parishioners are welcome to help our neighbors by bringing items to church that we will deliver on your behalf. Please leave items in the baskets at the back of the church and chapel.
Each month they focus on particular items, and for March, peanut butter and jelly is particularly welcome. Personal needs items such as toothpaste, deodorant, mouthwash, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are always appreciated.
Please remember that you can drop off items at the food pantry anytime, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, by leaving the food on the cart in the lobby of the food pantry. It is located at 14 Park Avenue, next to the Caldwell Post Office.
Thank you for your generosity!
