Superintendent Letter to the Community
On Monday, May 18 Superintendent, Tom Crowe wrote the following letter to the community

"Over the past two weeks our Ector County ISD family and our ECISD community have experienced an unbelievable range of emotions.  It began with an allegation against one of our veteran teachers, that teacher's death, and continued through the arrest of a former teacher on similar charges of an improper relationship with a student.  We suffered loss, anger, hurt and confusion.  In my 40 years in education I have not been through something quite like this, and I hope I never face it again.  Be certain we will continue to support our staff members, our students, and our families in any way we can as we work through the effects of these tragic events.  Time is the only way to heal these wounds."

The full letter can be found on the ECISD website.
